Job Summary
Draft and argue discovery and motions, take and defend depositions, manage document productions, and serve as national coordinating counsel for manufacturers facing single-plaintiff claims or mass action litigation. Lead case management efforts in state and federal courts for matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, and industrial machinery. Submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. Candidates must have at least one year of complex litigation experience, including products liability, and be admitted to the California Bar. Base pay ranges from $170,000 to $310,000 annually depending on location, with eligibility for performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
