Job Summary
Analyze, research, and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, including state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals. Conduct depositions and attend hearings as needed. Submit a resume, official transcript, and writing sample in PDF format for consideration. Admitted to the Virginia Bar and possess 3-5 years of experience are required; clerkship experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals

- Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia Bar
