Litigation Associate – Law Enforcement Defense

Job Summary
Represent public agencies and law enforcement clients in complex civil litigation matters, handling all aspects including discovery, depositions, motion practice, client communication, and trial preparation. Appear in court, arbitrations, and mediations while working closely with experienced trial attorneys in a supportive, collaborative environment. Maintain a busy caseload independently with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Hybrid schedule requires onsite presence in the Oakland office at least two days per week. Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation experience, strong research and oral advocacy skills, and California Bar admission in good standing.
