Job Summary
Handle all phases of New York defense litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while conducting research to prepare comprehensive reports and analyses. Participate in court conferences, depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings as appropriate, managing case strategy and deadlines to ensure compliance with client and carrier guidelines. Maintain accurate time records and billing entries. This role requires 3-5 years of litigation experience with at least 1+ year in New York Labor Law. Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of New York Labor Law Experience
- Experience in defense litigation
- Admission to practice in New York
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferably in a law firm setting
- At least 1+ years of New York Labor Law Experience
- Experience involving areas such as insurance defense, professional liability, product liability, labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, or general liability
- Additional bar admissions in NJ, CT, or PA
- Trial experience
- Federal court or appellate experience
