Job Summary

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day case development such as handling depositions, engaging with clients, collaborating with technical experts, and drafting motions. Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, and a high degree of independence. Required Qualifications
- JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school
- Active member of the Texas Bar
- 4+ years of litigation experience

- Trial experience preferred, but not required
