Job Summary
Join Bowman and Brooke LLP as a Litigation Associate/Counsel in the Product Liability Practice Group, where you will manage day-to-day case development, handle depositions, engage with clients, collaborate with technical experts, and draft and argue motions. This position requires hands-on litigation experience and a strong capability in research, writing, and advocacy. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of litigation experience and a desire to contribute to client success. Required Qualifications
- JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school
- Activate member of the Florida Bar
- 5+ years of litigation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
