Job Summary

Manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and developing litigation strategy. Perform legal research, prepare briefs, and participate in mediations and trial preparation while collaborating with clients, experts, and insurance professionals. Handle discovery, manage case deadlines, and mentor junior team members as your experience grows. This role requires an active Colorado Bar license and at least two years of litigation experience, with construction litigation experience strongly preferred. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 per year, with discretionary and production-based bonuses.
