Litigation Associate – Complex Casualty - 1-4 Yrs Experience - Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Take and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and litigate matters from inception to resolution under the direction of senior attorneys on high-exposure cases. Your portfolio will include premises and retail liability, negligent security, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect, public entity, civil rights, and commercial auto and trucking litigation involving catastrophic losses and fatalities. You will receive active mentorship, regular feedback, and increasing responsibility as you develop, with the goal of eventually leading teams and managing books of business throughout Florida. This hands-on role offers early meaningful exposure on complex civil defense matters for Fortune 500 clients within a collaborative environment.
