Seeking a Business and Financial Litigation Associate with 4-7+ years of experience. Responsible for representing clients in high-stakes litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and negotiating settlements.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in MA
- 4-7+ years of experience in business litigation and financial litigation in a large law firm or boutique firm
- Proven track record in handling complex litigation and high-stakes cases
