Job Summary
Burr & Forman LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of litigation experience to join its Transportation, Insurance and Products Liability section. Candidates must hold a J.D. degree and be a member of the Florida State Bar. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong legal research and writing abilities, as well as pre-trial and trial experience. Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage case files are essential. While not required, being qualified to practice in Georgia and/or Alabama is preferred.
