Job Summary
Manage complex, high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution matters across commercial, constitutional, and election law domains, with trial experience preferred. Lead zealous advocacy in bet-the-business cases ranging from dismantling election systems to Supreme Court filings, ensuring winnable outcomes in every forum. Requires 3 to 8 years of experience, top-tier academic credentials, and licensure in New York, Florida, and/or Texas. Base salary ranges from $300,000 to $450,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution
- Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution
- Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class
- Excellent writing skills
- Licensed to practice in New York, Florida, and/or Texas
Desired Qualifications

- Federal or appellate state clerkship experience
- Experience on law review, journals, and moot court
