Required Qualifications
- Three to four years of litigation experience
- Experience in product liability and torts
- Experience in complex commercial litigation
- Strong New Jersey state court experience
- Experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial or trial preparation
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the NJ bar
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Multidistrict Litigation (MDLs) and class actions
- Experience defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health or consumer facing products
- Federal court experience
- Experience in appellate court
- Experience as a federal or appellate court clerk
- Admission to the NY bar
