Job Summary
Manage a caseload of litigated matters from intake through resolution, driving trial prep including case strategy, discovery planning, records review, witness workups, and client interviews. Take and defend depositions, support expert discovery, draft and argue motions, and conduct legal research to write persuasive briefs. Communicate with clients with urgency and accuracy while collaborating closely with a strong litigation team to own your assignments. Requires an active California Bar license and 2+ years of litigation experience. Multiple California offices available in Los Angeles, Orange County (Santa Ana), or San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and practical judgment in fast-moving cases
- Confident deposition and motion practice skills
- Professional, client-facing communication
- Ability to work independently
