Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation with a strong focus on premises liability
Desired Qualifications
- Strong litigation skills across all phases of the litigation process
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
Additional Requirements
- Must be actively licensed in California
