Job Summary

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. This membership track role includes formal mentorship and offers competitive compensation with monthly bonuses for attorneys licensed in North Carolina.

Required Qualifications

  • at least 3 years of practice experience
  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • Willingness to learn and work autonomously and within a team structure
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Initiative and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
