Litigation Associate Attorney

Manage general civil litigation and professional liability matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. Lead case files independently while handling billing and research tasks. Requires one to seven years of civil litigation experience, significant discovery management, and prior court experience. Candidates must possess outstanding brief writing and oral advocacy skills with admission to the Texas Bar. An Oklahoma license is a plus.
