Job Summary
Manage discovery, motion practice, and case files independently while handling court appearances and depositions across professional liability, directors & officers litigation, and general liability matters. Conduct outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy for a variety of cases. Requires one to seven years of civil litigation experience and Delaware Bar admission. Onsite in Wilmington, DE.
