Job Summary
Draft and review substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery issues; prepare client reports and conduct legal research. Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings while negotiating settlements and assisting in trial preparation. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Previous experience in litigation
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly organized
- Clear and concise communication style
