Job Summary
Conduct litigation work for general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters in a fast-paced environment. Manage case and file systems, draft superior written and oral communications, and track billable hours. Utilize Microsoft Office and LexisNexis for daily tasks while multitasking across multiple responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 7 years' litigation experience preferred, preferably in NY but open to all candidates with relevant skills
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
- The ability to track billable hours
