Job Summary
Conduct litigation matters in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort cases for a mid-sized regional firm. Manage superior written and oral communications while tracking billable hours and utilizing Case/File Management systems. Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis. Join the Delaware office in a flexible FT remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity with mentorship, training, and a clear path to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 7 years' litigation experience preferred, preferably in DE but open to all candidates with relevant skills
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
- The ability to track billable hours
