Litigation Associate Attorney

Hands-on litigation responsibilities in Bowman and Brooke LLP’s Product Liability Practice Group: handle depositions, engage directly with clients, collaborate with technical experts, manage critical discovery tasks, and draft and argue motions. Support partners on strategic litigation planning from start to finish through trial preparation and execution. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of litigation experience, strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence, and a desire to contribute to high-exposure, technically intricate cases. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, based in the Columbia, SC office. JD or foreign equivalent required; active South Carolina Bar membership expected.
