Job Summary
Manage discovery, motion practice, and case files independently across general liability, professional liability, and labor & employment matters. Conduct court appearances, depositions, and oral advocacy while drafting research and briefs. Requires one to seven years of civil litigation experience and admission to the Virginia Bar.
