Job Summary
Litigation Assistant for a national law firm supporting West Los Angeles office; responsibilities include preparing/submitting client/matter forms, document/file management (electronic and paper), travel arrangements, expense reports, billing coordination with Billing and clients (including electronic billing), scheduling and coordinating meetings, and daily client communications. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of litigation experience, e-filing (State and Federal), calendaring/docketing, document management systems, strong Microsoft Word/Outlook skills, ability to work overtime, and solid document processing/project management capabilities; redlining experience preferred. Salary range $90k-$110k; hybrid work arrangement.” ,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 5+ years recent litigation experience at a law firm
- State and Federal e-filing experience
- Experience with litigation procedures and processes
- Calendaring and docketing experience
- Experience with the use of a document management system is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications with advanced level in Word and Outlook
- Ability to work overtime is required
- Strong document processing and project management skills
- Redlining experience is preferred
