Litigation and Dispute Management Counsel Senior Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage complex commercial, civil and employment litigation, shaping strategy to minimize risk and achieve resolutions. Collaborate with internal groups (corporate communications, finance, contract management, e-discovery, business teams) and outside counsel, manage budgets and work plans, and advise senior management and insurers. Provide guidance across regional and global teams on litigation and ADR methods, enhance the skill set of other legal professionals through training and presentations, and ensure adherence to reporting and cost-management processes. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer required
- 8-10 years relevant litigation experience (in law firm and/or in-house)
- Experience managing complex litigation and disputes
- Knowledge of litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes
- Ability to advise senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with outside counsel, budget and work-plan management
- Willingness to travel as required
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop other legal professionals
- Strong collaborative and persuasive skills, able to influence executives
