Litigation Administrator

Litigation Administrator for John Deere Financial, offering remote work with preference for onsite in Johnston, IA. Responsible for researching and directing strategic objectives on incoming litigation accounts, leveraging market and financial product knowledge, equipment valuations, and customer/channel scenarios to execute litigation strategies across U.S. JDF financial products. Works with bankruptcy, replevin, and other matters, employing mediation, lawsuits, bankruptcy restructuring, and workout remedies to mitigate financial loss. Collaborates with local and in-house counsel, dealers, sales personnel, and management; reviews and signs legal documents; participates in mediations, depositions, and hearings; communicates legal spend, strategy, market trends, and dealer feedback; evaluates local counsel performance and ensures compliance with standards. Requires independent and collaborative work, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.
