Job Summary
Manage attorney caseloads by maintaining calendars, arranging travel, and processing monthly expense reports. Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents, including electronic filing in various courts. Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings while communicating with clients as necessary. Run conflict checks, open new client/matter engagements, maintain electronic files, and assist with billing and client invoices. Handle other clerical assignments delegated by attorneys. Requires at least four years of recent State and Federal litigation experience in a law firm environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with experience with document management and docketing systems. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually.
