Job Summary
Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents while managing electronic and court filings across state and federal jurisdictions in Colorado, Texas, and California. Coordinate depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements; maintain attorney calendars; and assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting. Run conflict checks, open new matters, maintain client files, and support overall practice operations by anticipating next steps and ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation legal administrative experience within a law firm
- strong litigation support experience

Desired Qualifications
