Job Summary
Maintain attorney calendars, manage travel arrangements, and process monthly expense reports while preparing, revising, and finalizing correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents. Perform electronic filing in various courts, schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and communicate with clients as necessary. Run conflict checks, open new client engagements, maintain electronic files, and assist with billing and client invoices. This role requires at least four years of recent State and Federal litigation experience in a law firm environment. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines and possess strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with experience in document management, docketing systems, and billing or time entry programs.
