Job Summary
Support customers in Lithuanian and English via phone, email, and chat while providing accurate information about digital services and solving issues to ensure a positive experience. Record all interactions in internal systems. This fully remote position requires native or fluent Lithuanian and English B2 skills for candidates living in mainland Portugal. The role offers a 920€ base salary with a complexity bonus, meal allowance, and health insurance from day one, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
