Job Summary
Optimize lithography processes on DUV scanners, troubleshoot complex engineering issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve difficult process challenges. Design and conduct experiments to measure material and device properties, generate technical documentation, and create process integration solutions for quantum structures and advanced packaging. Collaborate with vendors, R&D teams, and customers to develop new lithography processes and identify key problems for emerging markets. Collect and analyze data from hardware characterization and metrology to enhance device performance and implement new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor industry
- Optimize lithography process on DUV scanner
- Conduct troubleshooting
- Familiar with mask layout design
- Basic knowledge of OPC
- Familiar with CDSEM recipe creation and optimization
- Create process, module, and device integration solutions for different platforms and quantum structures
- Work with advanced packaging, process, hardware, and metrology team to develop new lithography process for quantum devices
- Work with different teams including external vendors to develop new materials, processes, and structures for quantum devices
- Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments
- Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
- Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
- Design and conduct experiments
