Job Summary
Night shift Equipment Maintenance Technician on the Photolithography team responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on wafer-fab equipment, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatic, and cooling systems, and supporting tool availability and quality objectives. Work closely with equipment, production, and process groups to prioritize and schedule maintenance, contribute to tool and maintenance-system improvements, maintain certifications for safety and incident response, and participate in ERT. Requires 2-5 years of wafer-fab tech experience (prefer 5-10), hands-on electrical/industrial training, and strong communication/teamwork skills. Proficiency with multiple lithography toolsets (ASML XT/PAS550, TEL ACT8/ACT12, TEL Lithius ProZ, DNS 200/200W/80B) is a plus; must be able to work night shift (6:15 pm–6:45 am) with a compressed work-week if needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years Equipment technician wafer fab experience or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year degree electronics, industrial technology, equivalent military or similar technical training preferred
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Ability to troubleshoot system problems to board level required, component level preferred
- Ability to analyze equipment schematics for advanced troubleshooting of complex problems
- Experience with toolsets (ASML XT Platform, PAS550, TEL ACT8/ACT12, TEL Lithius ProZ, DNS 200/200W/80B) is a plus
- Ability and desire to learn and support additional toolsets
- Ability to work any shift-compressed work-week schedule
