Job Summary
Work with K-3 students in small groups of five or less to improve early literacy skills, including phonemic awareness and fluency. Collaborate side by side with school reading specialists to support students identified as needing additional assistance. Report to the Principal while working in a non-union environment. Hours vary, and the role requires frequent sitting, reaching, and hearing, with occasional standing and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Required Qualifications
