Literacy Tutor

Work with K-3 students in small groups of five or less to improve early literacy skills, including phonemic awareness and fluency. Collaborate side by side with school reading specialists to provide targeted support to students identified as needing additional assistance. Report directly to the principal while working within a non-union environment with varying hours. Requires a high school diploma with a Bachelor's degree preferred, along with the ability to relate to children, teachers, and staff. On-site only; no remote work eligibility.
