Job Summary
Literacy Paraeducator at Putnam Middle School handles small group and individual support in reading and writing for students in grades 5–8, reinforces classroom instruction, and helps foster strong literacy habits. Collaborates with teachers and specialists to create a supportive environment that encourages adolescents to develop reading and writing skills and confidence. The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with compensation range $20.36–$22.50 per hour, starting August 24, 2026, and requires a High School Diploma or GED and ParaPro Test or 60 college credits.
