Listing Specialist

Create and optimize equipment listings with detailed, accurate descriptions and templates. Conduct high-quality research from manufacturers and manuals to write, edit, and format listings; select supporting visuals (photos, videos, diagrams) and ensure images are web-optimized. Collaborate with acquisitions and owners to gather information, translate technical specifications into user-friendly content, and assist sales teams with customer requests. Emphasize SEO practices, familiarize with industry standards, and leverage basic video editing and image tools to enhance listings. Strong attention to detail and professional communication via phone and email are essential; prior technical experience and familiarity with equipment manuals and machine diagrams are beneficial. Education includes a high school diploma (bachelor’s strongly preferred). Location: Evansville, Indiana with in-person work arrangement.
