Job Summary
Listing Manager to own and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces. Responsibilities include creating, updating, and managing listings; ensuring brand standards and marketplace requirements across titles, descriptions, bullets, keywords, images, and A+ content; conducting keyword research and applying SEO best practices to maximize visibility and rankings; monitoring for accuracy, policy compliance, and suppression issues; collaborating with marketing, creative, and operations to align content, pricing, and inventory; tracking performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments; managing variations, bundles, and promotions within Seller Central; resolving listing-related issues with customer service and operations; staying current on Amazon policies and best practices to maintain competitiveness; supporting expansion to other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon listings through Seller Central (Vendor Central a plus)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking factors, and listing optimization strategies
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Experience in additional marketplaces (Walmart, Target Plus, eBay, etc.) is a plus
