Job Summary
Own the full commercial lifecycle for a growing class of listed instruments, including sourcing partner-issuers, leading commercial discussions to secure optimal terms, and driving onboarding frameworks with legal structures and token issuance mechanics. Build and maintain a senior network of global financial institutions, digital asset issuers, and institutional partners; conduct thorough due diligence on underlying assets focusing on valuation, title, and cash-flow integrity; partner with Legal, Product, and Compliance teams to drive compliant global listings; advise issuers on token economics and go-to-market strategies; collaborate with Marketing and Growth to translate complex institutional instruments into accessible value propositions; manage liquidity by partnering with market makers and support ecosystem growth and market health.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in exchange business development, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance
