Job Summary
Engage with customers by sharing your passion for alcohol products and creating memorable experiences. Act as an advocate for BWS loyalty programs while ensuring shelves are stocked with the best choices available. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and teammates, strictly upholding service of alcohol guidelines. You will work autonomously and as part of a team across the day, evenings, and weekends. This role is part of the Endeavour Group network, offering an exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, ALH pubs, Woolies, and BIG W.
Required Qualifications
- Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically
- Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
- Ability to complete a functional screening assessment
