Job Summary
Engage with customers by sharing your passion for products and creating memorable moments. Act as an advocate for BWS loyalty programs to inform clients of benefits and offerings. Ensure shelves are fully stocked so customers have the best choices available. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and teammates while upholding service of alcohol guidelines. Work autonomously and as part of a team with good availability across days, evenings, and weekends. Own your career growth within the Endeavour Group network, which includes Dan Murphy's and ALH pubs.
Required Qualifications
- Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically
- Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
- Ability to complete a functional screening assessment as part of the recruitment process
