Job Summary
Engage with customers by sharing your passion for products and creating memorable moments. Act as an advocate for BWS loyalty programs while ensuring shelves are fully stocked with the best choices. Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold service of alcohol guidelines. Work autonomously and as part of a team across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Own your career growth within the Endeavour Group network, which includes Dan Murphy's and ALH pubs.
Required Qualifications
- Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in learning and expanding your product knowledge
- The ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically
- Candidates will be required to complete a functional screening assessment as part of the recruitment process
