Job Summary
Direct all liquor associates, manage merchandising plans, control shrink, and complete inventory while rotating products to ensure quality. Provide exceptional service by maintaining a clean, friendly atmosphere and establishing cleaning programs for display cases, backrooms, and coolers. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security, and health department regulations, including strict ID checks and proper cash handling to minimize over/shorts. Maintain a well-trained staff through effective communication across departments. This full-time, entry-level role involves lifting 60 lb. boxes and working on floors that may become slippery. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
- Must be able to follow all company safety, sanitation and security policies
- Must be able to check ID's
- Must be able to follow all company guidelines regarding proper cash handling techniques
