Job Summary
Direct all liquor associates, manage merchandising plans, control shrink, and complete inventory rotations to ensure product quality. Establish cleaning programs for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers while maintaining a clean, friendly atmosphere for clientele. Supervise staff, enforce company safety, sanitation, and security policies, and verify ID compliance. Monitor cash handling techniques to achieve low over/short levels and ensure adherence to governmental weights and measures laws and health department regulations. This full-time entry-level role requires lifting 60 lb. boxes and standing for extended periods in a medium work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
- Must be able to follow all company safety, sanitation and security policies
- Must be able to comply with governmental weights and measures laws
