Job Summary
Direct all liquor associates, schedule staff, and execute merchandising plans while controlling shrink and rotating products to ensure quality. Maintain a clean atmosphere by establishing cleaning programs for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers. Enforce company standards by training staff, verifying product shelf life, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, security, and health department regulations. Monitor cash handling techniques to achieve low over/short levels and verify ID checks. Manage the role requiring the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, stand for extended periods, and work on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
