Provide member service in the liquor area by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting product offerings. Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves, set up displays, price items, and handle damaged goods. Operate cash registers/ POS, process purchases, returns, exchanges, and payments while following company policies. Maintain the sales floor, manage claims and returns, reduce shrink through attention to display, pricing, and security. Adhere to safety and legal policies for liquor sales, verify member IDs, and complete required paperwork.
