Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer, providing outstanding service while ensuring the highest quality product availability. Assist the Liquor Manager with merchandising, preparation, conditioning, and stocking of products, keeping displays full and eye-appealing. Monitor pricing and signage to maintain integrity, reporting any issues immediately. Clean and maintain the sales floor, walk-in cooler, and prep areas according to company standards to reduce accidents and ensure safety. Comply with all policies, including dress code and name tag requirements, while following safety guidelines. This entry-level role involves lifting 60 lb. boxes and exerting significant force frequently. Good corrected vision and hearing are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
