Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer, providing outstanding service in a clean, friendly environment. Assist the Liquor Manager with merchandising, preparation, conditioning, and stocking of products while maintaining full, eye-appealing displays. Monitor pricing and signage to ensure integrity, reporting any issues to the Liquor or Store Director. Clean and maintain the department, sales floor, and walk-in cooler according to company standards to reduce potential accidents. Follow all safety guidelines, dress code, and policies, including the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and use sharp instruments. This entry-level role supports the Liquor Assistant Manager and Manager to deliver high-quality products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
