Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering the store while providing outstanding service. Assist the Liquor Manager with merchandising, preparation, conditioning, and stocking of products, ensuring displays remain full and eye-appealing. Maintain pricing integrity by monitoring signage and reporting any discrepancies to the Liquor or Store Director. Clean and maintain the sales floor, walk-in cooler, and prep areas according to company standards to reduce accident risks. Follow all safety guidelines, dress code, and policies, including wearing a name tag. This entry-level position requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
