Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering the store while providing outstanding customer service. Assist the Liquor Manager with merchandising, preparation, conditioning, and stocking of products, ensuring displays remain full, eye-appealing, and priced correctly. Maintain the sales floor, walk-in cooler, and prep areas to company standards, reducing potential accidents and ensuring safety compliance. Monitor pricing and signage integrity, reporting any issues immediately to the Liquor or Store Director. Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements. This entry-level role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert frequent force up to 60 lbs, and work in environments with slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
