Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer while providing outstanding service and rotating stock to ensure fresh products. Assist the Liquor Manager with daily duties, including receiving trucks, breaking down loads into coolers, and complying with trim standards and safety guidelines. Use markdown coupons for close-dated items and manage merchandising areas to promote sales. Follow all policies, dress codes, and name tag requirements while handling physical tasks like lifting 60 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments. Work in a clean, friendly environment supporting the Liquor Department Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
