Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering the store while providing outstanding customer service. Assist the Liquor Manager in completing daily duties, including receiving trucks, breaking down loads into coolers, and rotating stocked items. Comply with all company trim standards, policies, and dress codes, including wearing a name tag. Use markdown coupons to reduce close-dated products and properly utilize merchandising areas to promote sales. Follow all safety guidelines, reporting any missing or non-functional safety mechanisms immediately. Handle physical tasks such as lifting 60 lb. boxes, pushing, pulling, and using sharp instruments for product preparation while maintaining good corrected vision and hearing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
